I ordered my bike from fafreesebike.com, even though I’ve been loyal to my usual bike brand for years, so I’ll admit I was a little conflicted trying something new. Assembly ended up being straightforward overall. It took me around an hour, maybe a little longer because I had to mess with the brake adjustments a bit. The instructions were decent, but the pictures could definitely be clearer. Still, I got it together without too much hassle. I’d give it 5 stars if the manual was a bit more polished.

I’ve been riding it to work all week, and somehow the battery still has some charge left... i’m happy with it

Feels strong enough for hills and usually starts smooth. Not the quietest motor out there, but does the job without any trouble. Battery and motor combo been holding up fine so far. Giving it 4 stars

The bike itself is fine and it does the job, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. A few of the parts feel kind of cheap, and once you start adding the extras, the cost climbs really fast. It almost feels like the base price is just there to get you in, and then everything else gets tacked on later. I don’t have major complaints about how it rides, but I’m left feeling like I didn’t get the best value for the money.

I mostly picked up my Fafrees bike because I liked the way it looked, and it looks even better in real life. the frame is clean, the color is really nice, and the whole thing has a modern feel without trying too hard. Some of the little details make it seem more expensive than it actually is. I’m happy with the Style overall.

It's actually a good bike, and it feels solid when I ride it. I've been using it daily and haven't had any issues yet, which is nice because that's the least you'd hope for after buying one. Overall, happy with it.

The package showed up a few days late, but it was fine, well, I mean, a bit annoying, but not a big deal. It was packed really well, so everything arrived in good shape.

I’ve had this bike for a few months now, and so far I’m feeling good about it. I was a little unsure at first because I ride on some rough paths here and there, but the frame feels sturdy and nothing has come loose yet, which is reassuring. It does pick up small scratches kind of easily, but overall the build seems solid and dependable.

Placing the order was straightforward and checkout went fine, but the shipping updates were slower than I expected. I get that delays can happen, but it would’ve been nice to get clearer updates along the way. i was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the lack of communication.

Like I said, the warranty help was okay. It took longer than I expected, and like I said, it was a bit slow, but in the end they did get it fixed

I really wanted to like this seat, but after sitting on it for just a few minutes, it started feeling uncomfortable and kind of painful. At first I thought maybe I just needed to adjust how I was sitting or give it a little more time, but it didn’t really get any better. It’s the kind of thing where you notice quickly that you’re shifting around trying to get comfortable, which isn’t a great sign. For me, it just didn’t work at all in terms of comfort.

I got my ebike from Fafrees eBike, the brakes have been working great. They stop smoothly even when the road is wet, no strange squeaking or grinding so far. I did have to tweak them a little after the first few rides, but nothing major. Overall, happy with it!

I needed a replacement part for my ebike and of course it wasn’t available. Like, totally out of stock with no real idea when it’d come back. I tried reaching out to support but they weren’t much help tbh, just kind of gave me the runaround. Super annoying when the bike is just sitting there unusable becuase of one part

I kept waiting around for a response, i don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some kind of real answer. When they finally did get back to me, it didn’t actually solve anything, so I was just left frustrated
